Following your initial enquiry, we aim to call you back within 24 hours to have a discussion about your requirements, the type of project you have in mind, and your goals, including the desired completion time frame.

We will arrange and book a time that suits you to meet in person and assess your property and its surroundings. During this meeting, we will discuss various ideas and carry out an initial survey, taking all necessary measurements.

For smaller projects, we may ask you to send some pictures and/or dimensions for our team to review and provide an estimated quote.

After our visit, we aim to supply you with a quotation within two weeks; however, most of our projects are priced within one week or less.

At this stage, we can discuss any queries you may have regarding the quotation given and then upon your approval and agreement, we will confirm a timeframe for the project.

A deposit for materials required to carry out all work will be required at this stage to secure the job and to get materials ordered.
